The SRZ Live Remote Assistance web tool is used by the SRZ support team to remotely view your PC's screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.  If you're having remote access problems, you can ask for live remote assistance

Call the help desk at (212) 610-7555 to have a member of our support team determine the nature of the problem.  If it is a Citrix remote access problem, the support team member will give you a unique code to open a screen-sharing session.
